Framing & Rough Carpentry
Precision framing for new builds, additions, and renovations throughout Michigan.
Framing & Carpentry Services
The frame is the skeleton of your building. FastFix Construction delivers square, plumb, and level framing that makes every trade after us work faster and produce better results. We frame residential projects of all sizes across Michigan.
New Construction Framing
From sill plates to ridge boards, we frame complete residential structures including exterior walls, interior partitions, floor systems, and roof assemblies. Our crews work from engineered plans and maintain tight tolerances that simplify finish work downstream.
Wall Framing & Layout
Accurate wall layout is critical for doors, windows, and mechanical rough-ins. We frame walls with proper king studs, jack studs, headers, and cripples per plan specifications. Every opening is sized correctly the first time to avoid costly rework.
Roof Framing
We build conventional stick-framed roofs including hip, gable, valley, and shed configurations. Our roof framing is cut and assembled on site to match architectural plans, with proper rafter ties, collar ties, and ridge connections for structural integrity.
Floor Systems & Subfloor
Solid floors start with proper framing. We install floor joists, rim boards, blocking, and subfloor sheathing to create level, squeak-free floor systems. We work with dimensional lumber, engineered I-joists, and floor trusses depending on span requirements.
Michigan’s Trusted Construction Team
Licensed & Insured
FastFix Construction is fully licensed and insured for residential construction in Michigan. We pull framing permits and schedule inspections on every project that requires them.
Built Square, Plumb & Level
Precision framing is not optional. Our crews laser-check layouts, verify diagonals, and ensure every wall is plumb before sheathing. This attention to detail saves time and money on every trade that follows.
Experienced Crews
Our framers have built everything from single-family homes to multi-unit residential projects. We understand Michigan building codes, snow load requirements, and the details that separate professional framing from the rest.
